Thats interesting. As I was writing the post it reminded me of Egypt and their cats. I think country folk for the most part felt that way.

Well, unless they are are working animals, it really is a sort of luxury to be able to keep a pet.

they went inland and up mountains so they should be. OF course idiot brother doesn't have hurricane ins. Evidently that $500.00 a year is/was better spent in slot machines
