I did some reading. Myoclonic jerks like seizures or hiccups falling asleep. Too many different reasons cause them that only a nuro would be able to tell

The occasional ones are normal. If it continues, you should see the dr.
Maybe you were falling asleep. I still don't know the mechanism that makes it happen, but some sort of nerve impulse must be involved.

I was relaxed with the first one watching videos but not the others. I was on alert w/ them.

I used to have them when I was young. Kind of like a shudder. #1 had one last week. He says it happens once in awhile. I never worried about it.
