I wanted to buy a sewing machine table at Goodwill today, but it had another sewing machine in it and i figured hubby would have a cow.
I did buy a pair of goat bookends today on sale at Target for hubby to give me for Xmas. And i found a bookcase that is metal and folds down. Just what i wanted.

hahaa... Do you have to wrap them too?

Well, i got the frame together for door #1 of the quail duplex. Put another coat of paint on it. And i ripped the wood into the sizes i wanted and made the pieces for door #2. Sounds like a game show, which door do you want?

And i found pieces of plywood that will work as hinged shutters in the winter so cold air doesn't blow directly on the birds.
I was checking the birds tonight to be sure they all have food and water, and i am sure i have at least 5 or 6 albino Coturnix!

Wow....so I got frustrated. I was streaming a video on youtube while hubs was watching his youtube on the tv. Of course, my phone starts cutting out on service.

Soooo...I log on to our friendly neighborhood service provider's site to see how much upgraded service is.

Same price. Much faster. Dang yo. Signed up, picking up stuff for it tomorrow after work.
"It must be your phone...I don't have a problem" says hubs.

Then howcome when I'm HOME ALONE MY PHONE STREAMS VIDS JUST FINE HUSBAND DEAREST....I swear our internet just gets prioritized and my phone gets the short end of the stick or something.

He's also grumpy we have to smog the truck this year. The truck in which the cats are starting to go so check engine light ergo won't pass smog. I'm pulling rank on him. Telling him to just bloody fix it cause NO you will NOT sell it...it would cost too much to replace! sigh.

All this sleep deprivation and stress makes me grumpy. Doesn't help that my muse (writing) has started whispering in my ear again after so many years of silence. (yes...years)...more teases than whispers. One of these days...

I've got a basic sketch of a premise now at least....just need to work on some more character development outlines before I completely let loose.
