What could I possibly do in my sleep to tear a muscle ?
I told pharmacist today what the heart dr told me to do. She said , he called them in but I didnt fill them . I know they hurt you. I said I will talk to pain clinic about what he said and she thought that a good idea .

You were right Camping, She knew what to do. LOL

It might not work just to cover it. The camera will be expecting the extra light and the settings may not work properly. You have to go into the menu to change it.
I can't remember the model # on that camera. Kodak pixpro something-or-other... Can you find it?

Yes I am. I didnt have a choice . LOL Its some better. I feel like I need to just stop complaining about all the pain I have .

Pain is the body's way to signal damage, even though we may already know about the damage, it reminds us to be careful what we do.
I strained my upper arm yesterday trying to put that divider up. Always some durned thing.

I wish you could get all of them in one room and have them figure out what is best for you.
