You ladies dont realize or maybe you do all the little things you take for granted that neither Tom or I have the ability to do anymore. Just something mundane like taking the garbage out becomes a very big chore involving pain and stress. Some days I dont brush my hair because I know it will tire my arms out and no one to see it anyway.

But Granny, how can you build any muscle if you don't do anything? If you get tired from even a little exercise, you will sleep better.

Thanks! Me too! Hubby took the two incubators out into the garden shed for me, i may bring the Brinsea back in... and take the styrofoam ones out.
