I didn't think they were that beefy, but looking again, I see they are sturdier like a Springer. Even so, I'd still take the Ridgeback any day.Wishing, those were springers. I called down the road to ask if they were springers and a ridgeback, then asked to take a picture for you and twist! When I got closer she asked if I was the bride’s friend. She was a family friend who had been at the wedding. I thought maybe the Americans had made the town gossip.![]()

To be fair, our Brittany was an elderly rescue dog. Mom "rescued" Freddie from the dumpster area out behind a strip mall. He was in such bad shape, he had the blind staggers. She wormed him and fed him up and brought him back from the brink. I don't think he was ever completely whole, though. Not socialized, didn't want to be pet. Pretty much ignored people unless they had a dish of food. He had a bad case of wanderlust too, which may have explained the predicament he was in when mom found him. She didn't even bother to check if he belonged to anyone, just saved him. I think he wandered around the farm doing his Freddie business for 3 yrs or so before he passed.
The pictures are wonderful. Love the flowers, especially cosmos.

Very funny in a sad way.
Chances are pretty close to zero, but we can dream... They can't sue him for something 30 yrs ago!
Years ago, I had a small cyst cut out from my eyebrow. Both eyes were swollen underneath and black. Looked like someone had beat me up, just from that one little spot... think it was only 2 stitches. Can't imagine going through your procedure.
