Granny's gone and done it again

My insulin is high, my sugar is low. Always based on diet. Most drs dont understand it. Its the adrenal thing. As far as symptoms I always had problems with sugar drops. She will check my aic thursday and it will be normal. Thats the 3 month average. The reason that will be normal is because I have highs and lows. Theres nothing normal about me.
I thought diabetes was the opposite... low insulin and high sugar.

Have you ever tried those knitting looms? Supposed to be pretty easy. Circles to make hats and socks. Long thin ones for scarves.

No, but it might be interesting.

If I claimed to be diabetic heres what would happen. On one of my many trips out where I decide to pass out someone says she is diabetic what do they do ? They give you an insulin shot to lower you . That would kill me. I am hypoglycemic and just happen to have high insulin.

I have been on metformin for many years. It lowers insulin w/o giving sugar drops.

Feb 9, 2016 · The primary effect of taking metformin is that this release of glucose from the liver is lessened, resulting in lower blood sugars. Metformin also works to lower blood sugar in two secondary ways: by increasing your sensitivity to insulin and decreasing the amount of glucose that is absorbed from the food you eat.

Of course this makes no sense to me.

So you are diabetic now? :idunno

Lavender feathers tend to be weak. On the orp I had, the feathers looked tattered.

eh ehm... FRUGAL! :old

The flowers are very pretty... oval frame?

Good that C. Cheese has days for the quiet kids. Even if my guy wasn't 20 now, he still wouldn't go on a quiet day. :D He still doesn't care for people wearing costumes when you can't see the person's face. Creeps him out, he says.

It’s a 12” circle, the smallest one I have. If I wind up in a craft store I’m going to get a couple smaller ones. 12” is just about too big for my fabric.

There is a gal out here that is in the business of selling chicks. She has quite a few breeding cages. Prob about 15 different breeds. One of her prize roosters just died. She refuses to send it in for a necropsy. I feel that is unethical. How in the world does she know what he died from. She also never quarantines when she gets new birds. I really don’t understand her business model.
