Never had to deal with worms other than tapes, and the segments accompany the poop. If you think about it, a parasite needs it's host to live. Leaving the host usually means it dies. Most worms are not spread through the adult worm, but through the eggs. I think you are fairly safe. Put a sheet on your bed and make her sleep on that. Wash it and no worries.They will if their alive ?
