Granny's gone and done it again

Don’t know if I’ll ever live that one down :duc
Lucky you lived to never live it down!

You don't need buns to eat a burger patty. Pretend it's chopped steak. Which it kind of is!
DW will only eat a hamburger patty with a bun to be polite. At home it is NO BUN! DD2 won't eat a burger patty WITHOUT a bun, ever.

Nothing more frustrating than trying to cook for fussy eaters.
TELL ME ABOUT IT!!!!!!

Oh wait, don't bother. I live it daily.

which is fine as I dislike Turkey especially the white meat.
Thighs are the best!

That’s Black Friday. We have so much planned it ain’t funny. I’m gonna be wore out. If it was like the last time I’m going to be mentally exhausted and crying over food.
So don't go. Too many people pushing and shoving to get stuff they want mostly because it is on sale.

I found really cute pj shorts and gloves last year
And were they worth the pain and agony?

refrigerators have a 4 hour safe to eat power loss. Anything over 4 hours means it is a loss.
Um, I don't think so. Just don't open it. Most anything in the refrigerator can be out on the counter for hours and still be fine.

When we were growing up you ate what was served and/or sat at the table until bedtime.
Sister had that once. Still had the same food in front of her for breakfast when she got out of bed.

When Dad was a district manager or agency manager he would always invite prospective agents over for dinner. If they salted and peppered their food before tasting he would NOT hire them. I asked him why, answer "they are to set in their ways to learn how we do it here."
WAY BACK (ie 40 years ago) there was definitely an interviewing tip with regard to eating with the interviewer(s). DO NOT salt or pepper the food until you have tasted it. Why? Because it means you make decisions without getting the facts first. Which is a BAD thing in work ... and life.

Goodmorning, afternoon and evening everyone. Been running around all day like a hen with her tail feathers on fire. Errands for one of my girls.
Sorry you're hurting there Cap. Hard to imagine you sitting on the bench. How about a song I was listening to a moment ago.
ELO was always one of my favorite groups. Listening to them tends to soothe the beast in me.
