Sadly, the joy of Christmas is a bit squashed here as my daughter, the mother of 4 of my GKs, does not believe in giving gifts at Christmas. Something in the way she interprets the Bible.

Yes but this is isnt a rue. If you cascade the flour into the melted Butter it shouldn't be a problem. It's highly likely your using to much flour. At some point I'll post the in process pictures on my food thread. Still working on getting the link back in my signature. Copy and paste isnt working. Why would you want to light up lumps? Perhaps you meant eliminate?@bruceha2000 I have a food thread. I'll tag you there. And moms usually have good recipes.
@Granny Hatchet try adding the flour in small amounts. If you whisk it or turn it enough during the activating process you should be able to illuminate the lumps.
