I guess they are hard to get rid off. You pay yearly fees wether you use your week or not.

I have to "check out" the ice machine in the am and probably have to call the repair man. NO ICE in the hopper and doesn't seem to be making any.

I will double check the breaker "just in case"

they tried to sell the folk's one at the old Stanley Hotel in Estes Park , where the shinning was filmed. BUT the whole family did get a free meal out of the deal.
