yep starting the first of the year 47.00 just to be hooked up.

City charges a month meter "rental" fee as well depending on size of pipe coming in,

And then MDU charges for every electric meter and the one gas meter , Gas is currently $1.90 a day.

Before the motel gets a drop of water , or a charge of electricity or an sniff of natural gas I have well over 200 in meter rental fees. which I think is BULL that would be like me renting out a room and then charging for sheets and towels.

I agree. Or charging for clean ones, if you don’t want clean ones you can use what is already on there, lol

I am dreading tomorrow so bad. LOL I canceled housekeeper and then Roberts worker said he would be in late. Shoot Robert would of been here for the housekeeper and now I have to wait a whole week.

Never cancel the housekeeper, esp a free one!
