did you all know stamp prices going up to 55 cents a stamp the first part of Jan, 2019??

Working on the hoop coop today. Need to find the hog rings for connecting the welded wire to the back wall. Not as much progress as I wanted but somebody kept moving my tools when I put them down.
These are not going to be big. Just 8X8 inside, but should be enough for the roosters so I can fatten them to process them and then raise new chicks once Spring comes.
Just have to figure out the door and frame. I had blueprints for one but now I can't find them.... I am not a build on the fly type. I am more build with a plan and instructions type. BTW that is helper Child in the one picture stapling the bottom of the welded wire to the board.

Thank you I got my first card today. The kids hung it up on my bedroom door. I smiled when I saw Santa. My kids all "believe" so they are not discussing how Santa has magic and believing in him renews his Christmas magic. LOL

Twist, my kindergarteners learned about the letter Y today. There was a card with the word Yak and a pic of a ugly scrappy looking yak. They need pics of yours! Oh! and the saying yakity yak, don’t come back! was said like a bazillion times.


In other news baby hatched. Mom was partridge and Dad was buff (I think crunchy was the Dad) May have to get Maury on it. I’m thinking butterscotch for the name. It may have made the trip inside my pocket, then inside my shirt while I moved peeps around.
