Twist, are your pans brand new ? I never so many . What sucks is I can almost taste them and because I have had them before I know how good they are.

a couple are new and the others about 8/10 years old. ALL of my actual oven proof bakewear and pots and pans. Get hand washed and dried and then stuck in a warm/residually heated oven just to get that last bit of "hidden" moisture off/out of the pans
