well, guess it dont matter . I never could melt chocolate. I think you need a special pan for that too.
nope and glass (like pyrex bowl) or metal bowl that sits on/over a kettle of steaming/simmering water will work. Just make SURE that the bowl with the chocolate isn't touching the water

wash them asap and no sharp objects used on them and it really helps if you don't burn the h3ll out of things on them
