Very sweet of you Camping and you know I aint picky but fake gold.SS? turns my fingers green. Breaks them out. I wish I could, I love rings and Im not digging in the dirt anymore so I could wear mine except they would need sized. My knuckles got bigger. a 10 I think but not sure.

They turn everyone’s fingers if you wear them solid. Justxwear a bit and look at them, then off they go.

Sounds like a more interesting educational experience than a desk in a crowded room.

It really is. We paid for a program that is an app you download to the tablet or cell phone and it talks to the kids when there is a story available for the area. The kids when home watch history movies and shows that go with our lessons.

We are going to be studying the start of the start of the Revolutionary War. We do more video type lessons and discuss the difference in the videos and the books. Even if we only watch a video a lesson as long as it goes with the current lessons it helps to reinforce the lessons.

If I could have my mom back for even just a day I would wash her feet with my tears. Cook her anything she wanted and treat her like the queen she was. I think back to the times I yelled and it hurts so bad. I told Toms sons they are going to hate themselves one day for not seeing their dad while they still have a chance.

Amen to that Granny. My mom went thru misery with my dad and then again when my brother and his wife moved in to "help her out". She would not leave her home to come live with me, and I would not/could not make her. I would do anything for 1 more day...

Hubs is back from Atlanta spending the day at his brother's. Got to see his only son and spend the nite. So happy he had a good visit.
We are making breakfast for dinner,with pancakes, eggs and bacon. Got too many eggs! Tomorrow I will be making 3 quiches with ham,bacon and cheddar cheese so we don't waste any.

No dime in my pocket & all I asked is for her to keep some food I could eat .I'll be back home soon .she's also fussed about me going home to feed my animals. I love my gkids, but I don't know what happened to either of my dds. They were not raised like this. Selfish

When you get back home maybe just let her be for a while. Do what makes you feel better,and let her find a babysitter. Absence really does make the heart grow fonder. Maybe a little tough love will help her gain some respect.

Also a concern,your gkids see this behavior and start to devalue you as their mom does.
