That is a long article! I didn't know there are 3 subspecies either. Something I read said they are nomadic in nature. Hard to think of them confined. But then we keep parakeets in cages, and they fly around wild down under.

We got real ones around here. Haven't heard of any sightings in several years. They eat cats.

Have not seen any Pumas here. There were local Mt. Lions where we lived in TN but the coyotes were still around!
