Granny's gone and done it again

Pert when I was a kid we had a scary slide. It was metal, very high and had short sides. You could easily tip over the side. The slides that we have now aren’t even half as high. And they’re plastic.
I imagine there's a regulation against metal slides anymore on account they get so hot in the sun. They will blister your butt in a heartbeat.

Never presume. You only make a pres out of u and me.:)
huumm, that don't sound right.

I think they found her passed out in the kitchen and she was really sick at school. It was probably 15 or more years ago. So I can’t remember all the details except the boy was really worried about her.

I remember it’s a bacteria gram negative rod. And the human stuff. I had to do a research paper on in in college. But I didn’t know it could kill chickens over night. I need to go check on the others.

Not from the kindergarteners. It was hard the first round leaving. This round is definitely worse.

Start him off on one of the prepay ones and make him keep track of the amount left. Then have him work his way to a real one.
My brother has a credit card and when he got it he went nuts on buying things.
Best to have a cut off instead of a huge bill.

I have a little one for the kittens. It’s old and tore up but they still love it. I want one of those huge ones for the garage.
I built mine, it's 2'x2'x 6' high. It is over by the wood stove and they love it.

I think mine were feeding from carcasses. Banties, scovies, and LF juvies were affected worse than any others. I didn’t make the botulism connection til I saw that article the other day. Mine stopped dying when we went to England, so maybe because I cleaned the coops well? Or maybe they worked it out? I lost about half the flock.
That sucks. If there is any doubt about feed getting wet i just toss it. Better to spend $ on new feed rather than new birds.
