Bama, I have 2 messed up barn cats. One is chronic infection in the nose and the other is recent cat fight resulting in facial abscess

Vet actually called me three times today. He’s heartworm negative, his neuter went great, and his mange was demodex so really best cases all around! I only intended for them to call me about the mange, because I haven’t stopped itching since yesterday. Glad it was in my head.

I’m not sure if he has a foster lined up yet, but the lady was working on it last I heard. I posted vids of him loving on me that the rescue shared, so hopefully some good comes of that.

Ah, thanks. I will pass it on to Sis. Any particular kind of oil and amount?
I've been giving Henry fish oil for hairballs... I just squeeze out a salmon oil gel cap onto his food.

I would try 1000 iu capsules squeezed on to her food twice a day krill oil or salmon. The omega -3 vitamin is what helps.But I'm not sure it would help for hair balls since they digest it pretty well. I give vaseline for hairballs cause it's not digested. It lubes the gi tract so the hair goes out the back exit instead of being puked out.
