Who asked about the cake? It was a boxed mix, strawberry. DH’s request. He was so sweet to let me practice on his bday cake. It was supposed to be a penguin.

I didn’t want black or gray icing. A friend asked me to make a cake for her son’s 1st bday and this penguin tutorial showed up on fb, so I was going for a cute baby look.

Back to the bagging of groceries and rotten checkers. I have told the check to take back the fruit I just spent LOTS of time picking out after they slammed/thumped/ and dropped the fruit while ringing it up and attempting to bag it. And TOLD THEM exactly why it was no longer desired. I also tend to get "cart rage" while shopping

maybe next time use a board covered in foil and then screw up into STURDIER support posts. Might stop the next one from land/cake sliding off the cliff

I fussed at some women in wal mart. I was polite I guess. I asked them if they could possible go visit somewhere besides the middle of the isle and that there were 4 carts behind me wanting through.

SO I remember/was reminded to shut my bedroom window last night as it was about 38* in there when I went down. And YES I do have a thermometer in my bedroom. opened the door to bathroom and other room until upper 40's and then shut them up.

nope was nice and comfy "buried in my nest" once the dogs quit shivering the bed that is.
