A No Travel Advisory means conditions are such that motorists should not travel in these areas.

ANd I-94 is closed from Dickinson to the Montana border both ways.

They can’t really move, so they just have to sit around and wait for food to come to them. It can take days to get a meal and then it’s over in a bite. And it’s not like they can spend the rest of the time gazing at themselves in a mirror either – the blobfish is modeled after a dessert of some kind, maybe one that’s a bit melted. Stick some eyes on a blancmange and you’ll get a similar effect. They aren’t often seen by humans, living as they do 600-1,200m below sea level, off the coast of Australia.

Poor old blob fish. They live very deep in the ocean where the pressures are extremely high and the fish doesn't need a lot of structural anatomy (bones, muscles) to keep it's shape since the water pressing in all around it holds its shape. But when you bring one to the surface, they blob out with nothing to hold them in shape. They actually aren't that bad looking when they are alive at the bottom of the sea.
