Hello everyone! We had an interesting Mon eve. It snowed!!! Well, at my house it was more like little blobs of sleet amongst the raindrops. 33 degrees at the time, and I got #2 out of bed because he said he wanted to see it snow! Never has seen it in his memory. Pretty anticlimactic. He'll get plenty of snow next winter living in Montana!
This morning there was a light dusting of snow on the hill up behind our house and quite a bit more snow on the (taller) mountains across the valley where the farm is. Dad said there was no snow at the farm, but it was [expletive deleted] cold. Colder tonight, no clouds, no snow.
Swiped this pic from goggle. The farm is on the other side of the mountain. Pretty cool, huh.
Hasn't snowed here in 17 yrs. (#2 was a baby) Before that, you have to have to go back to the 70's for snow.

Granny, I hope Robert is doing okay and that you are sleeping peacefully.
If Robert's leg starts hurting again, make him drink a ton of water.

Cap, I sure hope you don't get those kid germs. Last thing you need is to get sick.

Twist, very sorry about your uncle. Sounds like it happened pretty quickly. After my mom and MIL, I am not a fan of lingering, so he was lucky in that way.

Spike, the Lorp, who has been laying eggs in the garage, has stopped laying eggs in the garage. I have mixed feelings. Happy I do not have to let her in any more, but bummed because she seems to have found a secret spot. She lays nice big eggs too.
