Hedwig is hanging in there. She’ll be going outside into the isolation coop this am - I had them in the brooder overnight with the heat lamp on super low cause they were both kind of wet from their dunks.

Morning , 20 here wind chill 7. Schools delayed . Roads have slick spots. 50s this weekend.
23 or 25 people gone in Al. from tornado and another touched down in Macon Ga. Where DD was born. Lots of devastation they said.

Do you do anything special for your health?

Does roll with the punches count? I watch what I eat. I pay very close attention to how I react to foods, limit the processed foods and push myself every day. I also am a wee bit stubborn and refuse to give in to what the experts say.
Back in 92, I tore all the tissue that connects to the spinal column from top to bottom. For the next 6, years I changed my primary to find out why I was in pain. Finally got to experts who saw the damage via an MRI and they wanted to know how the (insert a four letter word) I was walking under my own power. When I responded with a snarky sheer will. They all five laughed and told me that would be the only way to explain to me being able to walk with the damage in my back.

Yeah I try to watch what I eat but I i make bad choices sometimes.
