Hey Cap. Doing fine. I’m giving up being fat for lent, so I’m only walking today. I can’t find my pedometer so I don’t know yet how it will add up.

I was going to give up my "virtue" BUT that was an epic fail last year

I am so tired of the flu! We had 6/14 kids there in the afternoon and another kid in the other class that had diarrhea in his pants. Guess who got to clean that up? Smelled like horse chit and took a half hour to get it off!
