Granny's gone and done it again

no in ND taxes are based on current value of the house/property. OR should I say state law requires the tax value to be with in 10 of current market/sale value.
So why such a difference in the values? Is Dickinson that desirable that the houses cost so much more?

Packed in water. regular salt I assume, It dont say anything about it. White albacore it had a lot of red/brown meat.
That doesn't sound good.

school board is separate from city council and are having their "own" election on the bond measure.
Get out there with your soapbox and megaphone!

I beleive the red/brown area is close to the "blood line" of the fish
Yes, and that meat is very strong. I usually cut it out.

Taxes on my house in Alberta - bear in mind tiny two bed one bath on a half lot - were higher than a bigger house on a bigger lot in Calgary (where market values were insane) just cause our village idiots were bad with money.

Wow. Was the site down for anyone else earlier?

I just now tried.

The only saving grace in calif is they can’t raise our taxes until we sell our home. But they keep tacking on all these school bonds. I don’t begrudge the school bonds. The only way out of poverty is education. It’s a shame it is wasted on our youth. If i could of only understood the way to a happy life is Education or the knowledge of a valuable skill i would be much better of in our old age.

Recycling tires today. They were never used, but our mechanic recommended not using them because they were over 10 years old. They were in my great aunt’s garage when we cleaned out her house.
