Granny's gone and done it again

Yikes. Burn on crusty oatmeal is the worst!!!! Penguin, hugs. How old are your kids now?

Hubs is horrible with any kind of kitchen clean up but at least he’ll put things in the sink to soak. (And, to his credit, he did put dishes in the dishwasher...once. In our almost five years of marriage)

Men are special. They just don’t think like that. It’s not a priority to them so why bother. If I took pictures of what his place looked like when I moved down you would cry. He never did laundry. Wears boots around the house (least I’ve mostly broken him of that), cobwebs. Cobwebs everywhere...bright side he used to eat out all the time so I didn’t have too many dishes but I ended up throwing stuff out cause it had been soaking in the sink for so long and was way too science project like for me.

So huge hugs beautiful. I feel ya.

Kids are 10 yrs, 11 (will be 12 in June) yrs, 12 yr old twins (13 in May), 15 yrs and 16 yrs. He was doing good. Started with this new company and it is like I am the maid. I get spoiled rotten, but that does not mean I don't need a hand with the work around here. There are some things I just can not do and somethings I get resentful that I have to do them cause he is never here.
It is sad when a neighbor stops by to drop off some pallets and yells at the boys to get up and help me with the pallets. He was raised by a SAHM and his Dad was never home, but he was like "you boys need to help her cause she is the one that is here day in and day out and once she is gone you will realize all she does and all she means."
He lost his mom while at Bootcamp for the army. He has raised his own family since and they all have families of their own. He still misses his mom. LOL

My hubby would like everything clean, all the time. Luckily he is not messy. He buys groceries, cooks, does laundry and sometimes vacuums. Makes his bed every day. No, you cannot have him!:gig

Can he come and train mine? Please? Or at least show mine to put his trash in the trash can, dirty clothes in the hamper and dishes in the dishwasher or sink would be great.

Dinners almost ready. LOL 10 mns on simmer. ya, hamburger helper cheeseburger. These guys like it.
Tom used to do laundry, dishes and garbage. Since this last bout of illness he stopped my laundry. still does his own, stopped garbage thats on Robert now and we take turn w/ dishes. breaks my hands out.

Could be the dish soap. I know the antibacterial ones make my skin peel off. Think snake skin shedding. Some of the other brands make me itch. Hence why we buy blue Dawn now. Only one I have not reacted to.

I did the training. More details later. I am waiting in line at Walmart.

Did you go to the swap?

And Bob is having a very bad day. None of his fuel cards are working. He needs fuel and where he is none of them are working. They think it is the location, but it is the only place to get fuel with a rig and trailer that he had fuel to get to. Now I am feeling bad but I am searching for alternatives for him.
