Granny's gone and done it again

so fire her and pay her cash. Tell her she will get a small raise if you dont have to pay workers comp and the others.

If she gets hurt while in you motel it would cover her medical and a small amount of cash maybe but if it happened at WM then it would kick in correctly.

yes and then they know which account to charge.
