8 and one pipped. I decided to go check on them last night, and one was stuck on its back. If the pipped one is not out by bedtime, i will consider helping it. They have been hatching for days.

hu, wonder why? Did you put them in different days? At least they are hatching. I have read they are really dumb and people put chicks in w/ them to show them how to eat and drink.

All the eggs went in at once. Except some i added later. I always give each bird a first drink, and put save a chick in their first water.

I always did find that hard to believe that a critter would be too dumb to eat.

Yes, some of the turkeys i have now are from eggs i bought at the swap last year.

I just made a huge salad and my lettuce is limp. Gonna eat it anyway. LOL
