Blood blister. I get them all the time. I get flat and raised ones.

That’s awful! I had lops and they never did raise a litter. Either killed them or wouldn’t take care of them.

omg Cap! Love that one in the front!
The grey and white one?

So Rod opened a bale of pure dairy cattle quality alfalfa and give some to Sunny and then the main herd for that "little" extra for the expectant mothers and to try and get them (main herd) into the middle tit so he could lock them in for "sorting" OH NO THANK YOU most prefer the new grass instead OR they all take turns in little groups. HE is NOT amused BUT it just proves that yaks are smarter then cows. IMHO

Thanks Twist, seems trivial compared to your loss!

maybe/maybe not , all animals we keep are in our care/charge and up to us to do the best we can until "ITS TIME" for what ever purpose that may be.

Hubby lit 2 bonfires this evening, i just came in from tending them. One was nearly out. Another case of mostly big logs. Took me a while, but i collected enough branches to keep them going for a while.
I spent quite a bit of time outside tending the critters today.
