Granny's gone and done it again

Sigh. Poor husband. His tooth is bugging him something fierce. He needs so much work - and I’m still waiting for insurance cards from his job. Its open enrollment at my work this month - if it would do any good i’d sign us up for that but they won’t cover anything major for the first year - so that does us no good.

Kinda wish hubs made the move when he had coverage with the old job. But then again we were so tight at the time even the lesser amount would have sucked. Sigh. Ugh.

I miss my Canadian (well, dental was an extra but my work always took care of that stuff) coverage.

I might get covered without dental if it is infected. Antibiotics and a heave hard dose it what it takes.

It was told on my cousin by his sister. Danny, was accepted into pro baseball. He decided to go into the service instead. When he got out he bought himself a brand new pick-up truck that he was very proud and protective over.
According to the story, They were sitting on the porch sipping tea when a cardinal decided the love of his life was in the side view mirror of Dannys truck. This made him pretty upset and he shewed it away a number of times but it kept returning. So he goes and grabs his old bat and .... Yup, smashed the crap out of his truck. He said well, I guess I wont need to worry about the bird messing my truck . No animals were harmed however as the bird just went to the other side of the truck .My Aunt stopped him just in time from grabbing the shotgun. Probably a good thing he decided on the Marines and not baseball.

If you put a sticker/cling in the window he will stop
There are 2 double doors and two big triangle windows in the loft. A few stickers is going to do nothing much.

I fixed the nest box in the main coop, the lid was coming off. I was afraid some varmint would get in. I am going to move the cockerels in one side until i can take them to the sale .
Went out and raked some leaves, picked up sticks. Had one poult die , not sure why. The light over the young silkies blew out, and it was fairly cool last night, but they did ok. Replaced the bulb, it was just 60 watts but does provide some heat.
I need to replace a couple of perches in the main coop, then i will move those boys. Have to take some shavings up there.
