They have not laid any eggs yet. But i need to get their new quarters fixed up. I bought the wire, i need more wood.

Finally candled and separated my broodies. Two birds in one box on a combined 31 eggs.

I candled to try to separate them relative to age. Then I’ll try to pull chicks as they hatch, so they stay on the nest. I added 12 eggs: mottled orps, silkies, and EEs for sure. Maybe others. They were donated. I gave those and the ones that looked a week or less (plus two guineas) to Peachy. She’s on 20.

The rest that weren’t dead or clear I gave to Marilyn. She’s on 16.

Me too. As expected, he didnt hear from anyone except a call from his DD.

Whatever that was w/ my leg yesterday left a very small purple raised spot . A vein I am pretty sure.
