Took us 3 days to name our first. Was getting discharged when we finally decided.

Poor dog is feeling mighty poorly, he DESERVES to be spoiled and get some of your cookie.

You know, of course, even if dogs could have chocolate, I wouldn't have shared.

The van and house taxes got me this month.

Its been a couple crazy days . Mowed yesterday w/ help from my neighbor. He is a sweet person. How ever coming out of the barn w/ him just as his wife is home and looking for him kinda spoiled it. He kept standing around like he was waiting for something so I was showing him the chickens OK ? I might of told this already. I dont know. I dont think too many read me anyways so dont matter.
And I think I told about the storm we had and the tree that came down causing me to lose electric ? Just gonna add to this.
The tree, It was a tornado . I went down 700S. and it leveled a mobile home. Car door was in the tree along w/ so much debris. All that was left was the floor. Bed sheets hanging in trees. It was terrible and right where I seen the tree go it touched down as well. Snapped a HUGE pine like a tooth pick and a few more in that spot. That was less then 200 ft. from where I was standing.
Back to the yard, Although we got tons done I still had a couple hrs of mowing to do and rain is supposed to come in this evening. I woke up at 7am on 2 hrs sleep ready to face the day. Thought I would be really sore but decided I could try and finish mowing. Needed to go to Versailles first for meds. Getting ready and I here Tom calling to me from his room. Chills went down my spine. I knew right away something was wrong. He dont call me , if he wants something he will come get me and ask. I hurried in and there he lay on the floor at an awkward angle. My heart sunk. Robert had just went to bed for the night,Day? one hour earlier. So I tried to lift Tom a couple times . I would get him into a squat and that was as far as he could go then back down to the floor. So I went to Roberts room and said his name. I scared the hell out of him, He jumped like the devil himself was on his heels. LOL Anyway, we were able to get him up and in his bed together. He is 200 lbs. There was change laying all over the floor and I heard him ask Robert to please pick it up. Seems he had dropped it and was trying to pick it up when he fell. As I was walking out of the room I heard him tell Robert, " There is $27.00 saved up in there, I want to get your mom something for mothers day . Broke my heart. and my back, arms, neck... No mowing today it seems

Poor Tom. Is he okay today?

Too bad you weren't wearing lipstick when the wifey came looking for her man. You could have done a little quick smearing... hahaha!

I sold the van this afternoon. Guy was a jerk. He wanted that battery . Said I can give you a couple dollars for it but not anywhere close to what you paid. I said I am keeping the battery. He goes to my new van , pops the hood ! and says it may not even fit. The neg. positive have to be on the same side and then it has to be able to fit in there. Like I was some dumbask . 2xs I heard him say to his buddy, I wish I hadnt of got this hunk of garbage

Morning, todays starting like yesterday so far. Robert woke me up feeling bad,Fever 102.4 His ears looks yucky. I have yet another new rash. Its invisible . I can feel it. Not bothering me though.
I dont have any tylenol so Robert got 4 baby aspirins and cold wet washcloth to get him down.

Oh no. Hope you all feel better quick.

He had an appointment yesterday. All is fine, except how much they charged when I checked out. Was just supposed to be xray recheck. They did a whole battery of xrays. I should have asked BEFORE I went in. Will not make the same mistake again.
Scooter is doing great. No more seizures, and he is getting used tot he meds. Not so loopy today.

They are due May 8th - 12th I cannot wait!

They are beautiful. I just had my minirex put down. He was 12 and couldn't stand up any more. Good bunny, my little Chicory. Blue color.

This new rash is just around my neck. Probably from mowing.

I can’t smell anything. Too much chicken dust in my nose!
4-9 with 2 breaks and feeding and watering everyone. Still need to clean the side with feed. But it smells 100% better. I need to check eggs tomorrow. I’ve got 2-3 hens sitting on eggs.

I need to clean both my coops. Really don't wanna!
I think some of my hens are hiding eggs in the yard. Haven't got a Legbar egg in a week... dang scatterbrains!
