Granny's gone and done it again

dinner in the oven then I am going out to feed and then to town. We are out of milk and well, food. No one will pick anything out they want to eat then complain about what I fix. I am going to try and squeeze mowing around the coops at least in there somewhere. I wish it was before dinner but thats not happening.
Have a good trip!

And now he’s no longer with us. :rant Bubba was sad and asked what killed it. I said I guess it was just too sick. Honestly I have no idea.

Bubba asked if we could just get him one that was not sick next time.
Sorry, the sale barn maladies strike again! Lots of times the people that sell there have no idea how to properly care for livestock. So the mothers don't have nutrients adequate to produce healthy offspring. Even if the animal is healthy when it gets there, it may contract diseases from other animals or the environment. I learned to have a pair of shoes just to wear at the auction, and change my clothes when I got home. Of course, if I bought any animals at the auction, they would have a month of quarantine.
