Granny's gone and done it again

OH and finally got the bill for the dryer repairs. 240 buck for travel time PLUS 80 cents a mile Parts were under a hundred and actual billed repair/working time was 60 bucks. Total $546.13
How much is a new one?

I asked/mentioned yesterday about trading my serama and mixes to someone for cleaning the coop. I counted today. I have 2 roos, 14 hens and 3 littles. 19 total. What do you all think? Im guessing around $200.00 worth

3rd X I have missed you today Twist. Are you in hiding ? LOL Listen, I dont know a thing about dogs but I do about breastfeeding and although its true giving pups probiotics wont do a thing giving Lu some should. Just like the eggs, whatever mom eats goes to the brats . Been mine I would maybe give Lu some peanut butter and if it gets really bad maybe some MOM or whatever we use to stop the squirts in adult dogs.

On the hawk issue we had one a number of years ago fly into, and thankfully not thru a picture window at home. Mom and me heard it and we went out not knowing what hit the window in the other room, and found the hawk dazed and confused sitting upright stunned. We just stood there looking at him and after the stars cleared and he felt like it he got to moving and flew off, I think while partially out of it he decided if we were not coming to where he was we were not enough of a threat for his well being so he waited for a but. He stayed in the neighborhood for a few days after...

sounds like a new dryer would have been about the same$

Just came in from outside. The free water tote is holding water. The one we paid for is not. And we are supposed to get 2 more inches of rain. Dang it. Of course it is the one by the garden.
And it is too wet out to feed the critters, feed would get all wet. I tossed hay to the young bunnies though. I installed some feed holders in two of the rabbit cages that didn't have any yesterday. I need at least one more. The rabbits have chewed the plastic ones.

We had a hawk bust a glass window to get in a coop! He was busy killing the rooster when I showed up. After that I put mesh over the windows.
