She seems like such a pleasant girl. I hope those kids are not as big as they look! Maybe more smaller ones rather than 2 humongous would be better.

I have been looking at inserts for Toms shoes . He is supposed to be staying off his feet but that dont mix w/ water pills. Cant keep a good man down?

Are you looking for a specific type. Walmart carries different types. Maybe the soft gel ones would help.
