A DEA Agent stopped at a ranch in Texas and talked to an old rancher. He told the rancher, "I need to inspect your ranch for illegally grown drugs." The rancher said, "okay, but don't go into that field over there...", as he pointed out the location. The DEA Agent verbally exploded and said, "look mister, I have the authority of the federal government with me!" Reaching into his rear back pocket, the arrogant officer removed his badge and proudly displayed it to the rancher. "See this badge?! This badge means I can go wherever I want... On any land! No questions asked, no answers given! Do you understand old man?!"

The rancher kindly nodded, apologized, and went about his chores. Moments later the rancher heard loud screams, he looked up and saw the DEA agent running for his life, being chased by the ranchers big Santa Gertrudis Bull...... With every step the bull was gaining ground on the officer, and it was likely that he'd sure enough get gored before he reached safety. The officer was clearly terrified. The old rancher threw down his tools, ran as fast as he could to the fence, and yelled at the top of his lungs......

"YOUR BADGE! SHOW HIM YOUR BADGE!"

As happens in farm life, I’m about to lose #4. I found him weak and hunched over. I gave a shot of b, drench, cmpk, two syringes of milk, and three of Karo water. He’s absolutely limp.

And it’s hot. They’re all panting. I have them all drench and a syringe of Karo water. I need bottles and supplies to supplement them, but I need to stay near #4. He’s bubba’s favorite.

I hope the little feller pulls thru.

He didn’t make it. Beth (rn) helped me all day and held him in his final moments.

On the fb group they’re all saying it was a miracle she had healthy babies at all. Three is still a good number.

Twist, got a few stupid motel running (meaning owner/manager) questions. Do you have the motel bedding and towels sent out or do you do them on site or at a laundromat?

we do them here , Well Angie does most of the laundry , I get stuck with the LARGE bedspreads and all the mending. Which Angie saves up until I "piss" her off some how.

I wonder if "THEY" actually read what they are typing/forecasting. As it reads chance of rain and storm all night/morning long OR maybe its like a report and must be so many words long .
