Granny's gone and done it again

probably BUT I don't have a HUGE cooler to hang the meat to age it.

And to be honest I might start with Beary this fall, that way if its messed up not a huge loss. Him I think I can cut into small enough chunks to stick in the all fridge in the basement.
What about the hide ?

How will you age the meat then?
 
I was going to order some C. quail eggs from you. I was looking forward to hatching some. Stuff happens.
I got rid of most of the Coturnix hens, except the blue egg layers. I need to get rid of that cage full of males.
 
That whole room could go as far as I care. Except the coffee pot. Im kinda attached to that.
Our kitchen is part of the great room. I don't like it, you can't shut the door to hide the mess. It is like a black pit, the counters are black granite. Too dark for my taste, but too expensive to replace.
