in the fridge, for a small animal, Yak only ages for 4 to 9 days. NOT a lot of intramuscle fat so you don't age it as long.

No, those are the Valley Quail, they are more wild. The Coturnix are more tame.

My GM built a smoke house . She used to take pork and put them on a long table full of salt then finish covering them in salt. After they dried then she would hang them and smoke them for days .
