I called the vet and then emailed (I think) a pic of cassies nose. By our conversation he is leaning towards ring worm, WHICH come to find out is NOT a worm at all.

So is he getting you the steroids ?

Isnt tomato juice supposed to take the skunk out ? If so I better go grab me some.
A woman is advertising a fish tank complete really cheep and on FB she has no friends or info on her. I somehow get a feeling it isnt safe. thoughts ?

It's the acid in the tomato juice that counteracts the stank. You can use vinegar or lemon juice or whatever. I have the Nature's Miracle enzyme for getting rid of the skunk odor. I need a new bottle... will be getting that tomorrow. Night #2 for poor Scoot, exiled to the garage.

Thats what I said too but the pictures of these tanks are not right somehow. all of them I have looked at. It does have that center support brace and 30 gallons dont.

Ringworm is a fungus, so needs an antifungal ointment. I don't think it looks like ringworm... no rings.

I believe you can treat ringworm with redKote. It's the sister product to Bluekote.
