Granny's gone and done it again

Twist, I seen a nice looking lift chair for $60. looks really comfy too but its leather and I let Tom talk me out of it because the cats would pluck it. This chair Im in has exactly 3 wooden braces going across the back. I know because they are digging in.

tbh I don't think leather would be a good fit for you. If you sweat you sort of end up "sticking" to the chair. AND are you sure leather and not the nagahide ??

have you tried the pillow thing yet or upholstery foam ?? Even an old "memory foam" mattress cover would work for a trial period
