Cap, why does depression hit just out of the blue ? Like, I have been ok most the day then it seems like just out of no where I am really down. Happened a couple hrs ago. BTW

the gold fish might eat the algae I know they love duck weed

they will eat my babies. Its just the 5 gallon that has it. I pulled the plants out. it was wrapped around. That all came up today.

Twist, I seen a nice looking lift chair for $60. looks really comfy too but its leather and I let Tom talk me out of it because the cats would pluck it. This chair Im in has exactly 3 wooden braces going across the back. I know because they are digging in.

tbh I don't think leather would be a good fit for you. If you sweat you sort of end up "sticking" to the chair. AND are you sure leather and not the nagahide ??

have you tried the pillow thing yet or upholstery foam ?? Even an old "memory foam" mattress cover would work for a trial period
