pickled tongue can be very good and then there is liver and heart.

Tongue's not an organ... big ol muscle. My mom cooked it a couple of times. meh. Not worth it to me. Lengua... big in Mexican cooking. Not a fan of liver or heart.

Space between top of tank and bottom of cabinet is too small.

I like liver never tried the rest of it and dont want to.
