Granny's gone and done it again

that's what I do with the stragglers the BIG bunch get cooked down with onions, celery, and green peppers, ran thru a food mill and then canned as sauce.
Oh snap ! I bet thats good. Do you start them in water ? I wanted to can some this yr so bad. Not happening. Right now is the time to buy. I canned mine w/ tomato juice
