BUT in the wild the yak cow's normally only calve every 2 to 3 years.

I managed to get something in my left eye while out as the farm and it hasn't quit watering and evidently my nose got jealous and decided to start running/dripping non-stop as well.

nope she took last year off and then the year we got her it was to late in the season for any of that group to get preggers. AND they hadn't been exposed to a bull in Mn either after the health check from the vet there.

Maiah was born 2013 she had a miscarriage the year I got her in 2015 and then open 2016 calved in 2017 and this year. 19 was born according to registration on 1/1/1999
