Hey Cap, My betta still has a spot on its fin. 2nd dose went in today then water change sunday. Snails seem ok and I am really confused about them. I wonder if they are even mystery snails. The eggs sure looked it.

All the chickens are dusted, fed and given hot water . It was not supposed to be all that cold out tonight, but even with a hoodie on I was getting chilly. Time for tea.

How does she get through life?

You got me. She tried to fight her way through high school but was home or only made half a day in 11 grade so many times she did her senior year at home and only got Pass/Fail grades. But she did get her diploma. Really hard for someone who thinks getting 100% in a class is ALMOST good enough. She spent the next 6 years mostly at home doing not much of anything. Then the headache specialist put her on Candesartan which helps a lot to prevent the "on top" episodic headaches. It is a high blood pressure med which isn't great for her since her BP tends to be on the low side. That got her to where she took one class at the community college fall semester 2017 (to see if she could finally be out with people, fragrances are a HUGE trigger of her episodics), 2 during winter semester and 4 Fall semester 2018. In the early summer of 2018 the doctor put her on Aimovig, a new drug for people who have (IIRC 3 or more migraines a week). It is a monthly injectable. After being on it a few months she says her head only hurts from the ears up now. In any case she decided she could try full time college and we looked at a couple in Aug 2018. She applied and was accepted at Mt. Allison University in Sackville, New Brunswick, Canada. Started January of this year, took 5 classes and got one A. That was her low grade for the semester. Somehow she powers through.

Your poor girl. I was on meds for migraines many yrs ago. I cant remember what it was but it was nasty.

When I first moved here I went out to a bar with some coworkers. I don't drink much and asked for an iced tea. When you get that at a restaurant it is tea with ice in it. WHOA! Never heard of "Long Island Iced Tea" before. It is ALL ALCOHOL! I guess they ASSUMED that since I was in a bar, I wanted booze.
