Not sure it would be awful knowing it is your last day if you've been through hell for months and it will only get worse. She's decided enough is enough and could change her mind at the last minute if she wanted to. Be nice to go in your sleep instead though. Hard on the family no matter what.

I'm assuming it’s a juvenile because the tail wasn’t very red. It didn’t care much about me but was very alert to the dogs. Maybe the other one I had seen was a parent?

I was able to get really close. It was pretty neat. I was hauling the trash to the dumpster in a wagon, and it didn’t care at all. I didn’t harass it- no point in that. Just a predator living its life.

Sorry about your banty. Doesn't pay to have favorites. The juveniles stay with the parents for quite awhile. Sure does look like a young red tailed. Ferocious beast!

Well, if they are really scared, they will barf up on you, and that would really stink... you know what they eat! They can eat e.coli and anthrax and their digestive system kills it, so they are actually natures disinfectors!

Yep, DW has had epilepsy, no seizures in over 20 years. Not conscious during the seizure and wicked beat after. Nothing to do but sleep.

Glad the seizures stopped. Is this the DD with the migraines? Rough for her.
