OH and the electric DID show up on Friday, after he got lost. Brought a "helper" as evidently electricians are NOT allow out by themselves. The "helper" spent the entire time changing the tire on their truck (scoria cut or punctured a tire). The "real" electrician found the issue and now the ENTIRE trailer has power again. Turns out the Rod set the window ac in wrong and instead of the condensation going out the exterior drain hole the water went down inside the wall and fried the wires to a couple outlets. SO I guess a "flipping" breaker is a good thing. Still waiting to see what the bill is going to be as I WILL NOT pay for the "extra" man who worked on their property.
