Granny's gone and done it again

thru some parsley stalks I saved and froze from making the meatballs in dec into the pot with onions a couple cloves of garlic, carrots and celery and peppercorns. ONCE they have given up all their goodness will strain and feed the "strainings" back to the hens. and then start the "real" soup. Holding out the meat until close to serving time, when ever that will be NOT to night that is for sure.
