Granny's gone and done it again

well its NOT bone broth but stock and I was worried I wouldn't have enough for 2 fully loaded canners so I added a couple quarts of water this morning. AFTER I removed the fat , of which there really wasn't a lot of

Do you add salt to it Twist ? Would you drink it like it was soup? I like chicken broth. When I make chicken and noodles I take mostly the broth

very little and it will be cooked down/reduced some more when I make Chicken and dumplings or what not. And fresh veggies added to it as well.
