Oh ok what should I clean it with ( the coop)

I usually use Pinesol or a 10% bleach solution to clean it. Make sure they are all out of the coop when you do it. Then you spray it.You will have to do it again in 10 days.

No, DE does not work. Get yourself some permethrin spray for the coop and some permethrin dust for the chickens. Tractor Supply sells both.
